Efren Atienza is a talented musician and DJ producer whose passion for mixing and producing began during his time at the faculty of arts (music). There he met several musicians and began to interact with various local DJs, which influenced his style and allowed him to cover certain genres. The experience he has acquired in the DJ scene has allowed him to be inspired by genres such as Techno, Deep House, House and his specialty, Downtempo.
Since the beginning of his career as a DJ, Efren’s intention has been to make his style known through mixing, sharing music and the genres it covers, as well as spreading and reviving good music. His dedication and talent have led him to perform on various stages, festivals and venues, sharing the stage with local, national and international DJs.
Currently, Efren is signed with the record label 3rd Eye Music, located in the heart of Tulum. In collaboration with Amen Companny Records, he released the song “Clifornia”, a piece of the Indie Dance genre. This release has been well received for its ability to combine innovative rhythms with sophisticated production, further cementing its position in the music scene.
