¿How are packages sent?

The packages of our warehouse in China will be sent by epacket or ems depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages sent from our US warehouse are sent through USPS.

¿Do you send everyone?

Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some places we cannot send. If you are in one of those countries, we will contact you.

¿And customs?

We are not responsible for any custom rate once the articles have been sent. When buying our products, you accept that you send one or more packages and that you receive custom rates when they reach your country.

How long does the shipment take?

Shipping time varies according to the location. These are our estimates:

¿Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once you send your order containing your monitoring information. If you have not received follow -up information within 5 days, contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at this time".

For some shipping companies, follow -up information takes 2 to 5 business days to update in the system. If your order was made more than 5 business days and there is still no information about the monitoring number, contact us.

¿Will my items be sent in a package?

For logistics reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified the combined shipment.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a reimbursement or forwarding of ordered products if:

If a reimbursement is approved, your refund will be processed and a loan will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for some reason you want to change your product, perhaps for a different size of clothes, you must communicate with us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send us your purchase unless we authorize you to do it.
