The packages of our warehouse in China will be sent by epacket or ems depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages sent from our US warehouse are sent through USPS.

Yes, you will receive an email once you send your order containing your monitoring information. If you have not received follow -up information within 5 days, contact us.
For some shipping companies, follow -up information takes 2 to 5 business days to update in the system. If your order was made more than 5 business days and there is still no information about the monitoring number, contact us.
For logistics reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified the combined shipment.
